Crews from Kimberton, Valley Forge and Trappe (of Phoenixville) EMS worked on the cyclist and rushed him to the Phoenixville Hospital. Phoenixville Hospital later flew the injured cyclist to the Paoli Memorial Hospital trauma center. After continued efforts throughout the night, the victim eventually passed away.
