Tanker 61-2 from the Kimberton Fire station was requested around midnight to relocate to the Norristown FD. A large 24" water main break took out all water for firefighting efforts in the Norristown and surrounding communities. A tanker task force assignment brought in multiple tankers to cover the area until the water situation was fixed. The crew responded to one (1) alarm and was later released around 6 AM.
