Kimberton firefighters Hosted Frank Viscuso, the Deputy Fire Chief from the Kearny Fire Department in New Jersey for a 'Step Up and Lead' seminar at the Kimberton Fire Station. Chief Viscuso is a nationally recognized instructor and speaker and author of 6 books, including industry best sellers like: Fireground Operational Guides, Step Up and Lead, and Step up your Teamwork. Chief Viscuso has spoken to audiences (in and out of the fire service) on many topics, including officer development, leadership, team building and customer service. The seminars are designed to help personnel with the skills they need to excel in their field.
