AT 12:23 PM crews from Kimberton Fire and West End Ambulance were alerted for an auto accident on Route 29 (State Road) south of Charlestown Hunt Drive. Crews found a SUV that had struck a utility pole, breaking it off at the bottom. The Driver was out of the vehicle and treatment was provided by the West End EMS crew. Kimberton volunteers notified the utility company and directed traffic until the vehicle could be towed away. Crews then cleaned up the debris and cleared the scene by 1:30.
