At 7:45 PM Kimberton Fire (61) and West End Ambulance (67) were alerted for an accident at Route 113 and Township Line Rd in East Pikeland Township. Within two (2) minutes, firefighters were on the way with an Engine, Traffic unit and 3 Chiefs. Crews found one (1) injured in each car and a 2nd Ambulance from Trappe of Phoenixville was requested to the scene. While firefighters worked with the EMS providers, the Fire Police closed down Route 113 eastbound at Pothouse Rd and Township Line Rd northbound at Pothouse Road. Crews remained on the scene until the cars were removed and the roadway could be opened.
