Covered Bridge Room
The Covered Bridge Room is available for rent to all private and organization functions.
Our facility accommodates groups up to 400 persons. Family-style or buffet meals are also available. Meals are prepared in our onsite facilities. The room is also available to groups wishing to use an outside catering service approved by The Covered Bridge Room.
The Covered Bridge Room has unlimited possibilities to suit the needs of any type of event: banquets, wedding receptions, dances, reunions, holiday parties, trade shows and auctions. Our professional size stage, complete with lighting and sound systems, also makes our facility suitable for theatrical or musical productions.

General Information
Menu Selection
The Covered Bridge Room staff prepares meals in its own facility. Menu selections are suggested, but items may be substituted to meet your needs. All prices are subject to change without notice. All outside caterers must provide proof of insurance, plus a Food Handlers’ license if tickets were sold for the event. Outside caterers have access to limited kitchen facilities.
Room Rental/Food Guarantees
The length of time for any event shall not exceed four (4) hours. No event may proceed beyond 11:00 p.m., including removal of items by the Contracting Party.
Room rental and Event date are secured upon receipt of deposit and a signed contract. Damage security, menu selection, seating plan, and a definite commitment to the number of people attending the function are required 2 weeks prior to the event. This will be considered a guarantee and contracting party will be required to pay those food charges. Contracting party must pay for a minimum of 100 persons. Any cancellations must be received in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event. Contracting party to pay for 50% of food costs if event is canceled after food has been purchased.
Gratuity and Tax
18% gratuity and 6% Sales Tax will be added to the bill after food charges have been computed. Tax Exemption number is required at the time of the event in order to waive the State Sales Tax.
Beverages
The Covered Bridge Room does not own a liquor license, nor will it sponsor temporary licenses for other organizations. Alcoholic beverages are permitted; however the purchase of alcoholic beverages and the serving of by contracting party or subcontracted bartenders is the sole responsibility of the Contracting Party.
Sodas, alcoholic beverages, mixers and bartenders are the sole responsibility of the contracting party. Alcoholic beverages, by State law, may not be served to or consumed by persons under the age of 21. The Covered Bridge Room management reserves the right to cease any bar operations.
Liability
Contracting party is solely responsible for conduct of its guests, any damages to the room, building or surrounding property, and hold The Covered Bridge Room harmless in the event any claim of loss arises.
