HALL RENTAL OPTIONS
RENTAL OPTION 1:
HALL RENTAL ONLY
Includes use of banquet hall, foyer, and stage area.

RENTAL OPTION 2:
HALL RENTAL with KITCHEN USE
Includes use of prep areas, refrigeration,
freezer, sinks, convection ovens, stove tops, trash receptacles, and ice machine only

RENTAL OPTION 3:
HALL RENTAL with CATERING by the FIRE COMPANY AUXILIARY
Includes use
of banquet hall, foyer, and stage area. Catering priced separately.
$250.00 (non-refundable; secures event date)
TIMES and TERMS:
Covered Bridge Room provides the janitorial cleaning of the facility and the set up/tear down of our tables and chairs. Set up of any items rented from an outside source is the responsibility of the Contracting Party.
Contracting Party is responsible for removing all items that they bring into the facility.
Rental Times:
Event Time Limit – 5 hours. Additional hours priced at $200.00 per hour. All events must be completed and all persons and items removed from the facility by 11:00 p.m.
Set Up Times – Hall Rental Only and Hall Rental with Kitchen Use
- 4 hours the day before the event and
- 3 hours prior on day of event
Set Up Times – Auxiliary Catered Event
- Between 9 am – 4 pm day before the event
- Beginning at 10 am day of event
DECORATING:
Decorations
are at the discretion and cost of the Contracting Party.
Candles are permitted as long as the flame is contained within a vessel (ie – no open flame) and wax will be able to drip and be completely collected in a fireproof base container.
Wall decorations may be secured on the existing hooks.
The following are prohibited:
- Tape on the floor and walls
- Glitter or confetti on anything
- Bubbles
- Electrical cords in walkways
All contracts will include a $300.00 damage security fee which will be refunded to the Contracting Party if the facility is maintained properly during rental time.
