OPTION 1:

FACILITY RENTAL ONLY $1150.00  *

(Includes banquet hall, foyer, stage area and Kitchen use. Includes precleaning of facility and set up of our tables and chairs. Kitchen use is limited to prep tables, refrigeration, freezer, sinks; stovetops for heating; trash receptacles and dumpster service, and ice machine. Catering, linens, skirting, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, beverages, condiments and cleaning supplies must be provided by the renter)

Access: 4 hours prep time the day prior to the event and 4 hours prep time on day of event. Actual event time must not exceed 4 hours. All guests and staff of the Contracting Party, as well as their belongings and materials, must be removed from the buildings one (1) hour after the end time and before 11:00 pm. Additional access will be charged at $100 per hour. All access times must be scheduled with Covered Bridge Room coordinator.

Standard Wedding Receptions

Standard Package includes 5-hour reception, white linen & skirted main tables, china & flatware, and wedding cake cutting service.

Extra Entrée = $1.00 per person
Ice Cream Soufflé Cup = $0.50 per person

Hors d’oeuvres and Cookie Tray selections available upon request.

Covered Bridge Room staff will set out and maintain hors d’oeuvres supplied by Contracting Party.

 Any handling of hors d’oeuvres or desserts supplied by the Contracting Party will be charged a fee of $1.00 per person

For our Patrons’ comfort, our facility has been designated
as a "Non-Smoking" building

* Plus a $250.00 damage security, refunded to contracting party if facility is maintained properly during rental time.

** Child is defined as a guest who will be eating a meal and who is 10 years old or younger.
