Once
again Kimberton Volunteer Fire Company is reaching out to our community for our annual fund drive. Thanks to
people such as yourself, we are able to serve this community and protect you, your family and your property.
Responding to fires and emergencies is only part of what we do. As volunteers we also have logged countless hours of training to keep our professional skills sharp. In addition, many hours are spent maintaining fire apparatus, our building, fire prevention activities and numerous community events.
This kind of dedication does come at a cost. The money you give is just as vital as the time and effort each volunteer contributes.The photo at the right shows the basic cost to outfit just one firefighter and just one of the many reasons why the Kimberton Volunteer Fire Company needs your help! Gear is custom sized, meaning if a firefighter quits for whatever reason there is no guarantee their equipment will fit the next person!
The prices below have gone up since this picture was made up! Current costs exceed $8,500!!
That's why we're asking you to renew, and if possible increase, your financial support - please watch your mail for our annual fund drive letter.
