2ND COLLISION OCCURS WHILE CREWS HANDLE FIRST ACCIDENT

This lunchtime accident occurred at 12:10 PM at Route 113 & Harles Hill Road in East Pikeland Township. Crews from Kimberton (61) Fire and West End (67) EMS found this rear end collision pushed vehicle #2 of 3 vehicles off the roadway and into a tree. The injured occupants were out upon arrival. As the crews were working on the scene, a second rear end collision happened in the traffic back log. Fire and EMS crews quickly hustled down the street to check on the parties of the 2nd incident. They found no injuries in the 2nd collision. Firefighters were then forced to close down the northbound traffic completely to avoid any further accidents. Crews cleared the scene at 1 PM.
