AT 12:41 AM firefighters from Phoenixville (65), Kimberton (Tower 61), Valley Forge (Engine 68-1), Black Rock (Engine 99), West End EMS (MICU 67-3), Trappe EMS (MICU 85), were alerted for a house fire at 4th and Gay Streets in Phoenixville. Within a minute dispatchers re-alerted all stations for a working fire incident. Fire crews found a well involved detached 2 bay garage to the rear of home in the 200 block of Fourth (4th) Avenue. Firefighters quickly made quick work of the fire, bringing it under control at 12:55 AM. County Fire Investigators assisted on scene. Units cleared the scene around 2 AM.
