This accident occurred before noon time on Route 29 (State Road) just north of Union Hill Road in Charlestown Township. Crews from Kimberton (61) Fire and West End (67) EMS responded. Crews found a flatbed tow truck that had run off the roadway and struck a stone wall at the side of a home. No Fire Department services were required, but the FD directed traffic until the State Police arrived. West End transported the driver to the hospital. Units cleared in about 1/2 hour.
