Wednesday May 18, 2022. At 2:10 PM alarm bells ran at the Kimberton Fire station for an assist to Valley Forge Fire Co on a house fire. The house was on Magnolia Drive in the Maisfield development in Schuylkill Township. Kimberton volunteers responded with the Tower and Rescue. Also assisting on the call was Phoenixville, Paoli and Berwyn. Valley Forge firefighters made a great stop, just before the fire entered into the 2nd floor bedroom and attic area. The fire was investigated by the Chester County Fire Marshal's office.
