Sunday August 7, 2022. This accident call was received just before 1 AM on Charlestown Road near Tree Lane (in the Swiss Pines area) in Charlestown Township. Kimberton Volunteers and West End Ambulance were sent on the call. Firefighters responded with the Rescue, Engine and Utility. Upon arrival, responders found a car overturned in the roadway and both occupants clear of the car. Both indicated they were not injured. Crews closed the roadway until the State Police and the tow truck had finished their work. Fire crews then cleared the debris and cleared the scene. Photos by Denis Brenan
