Wednesday September 7, 2022. It wasn't an overly busy day for Kimberton Volunteers, but by 5:30 PM they were on their 3rd call for the day. This one was for an accident at Route 23 (Schuylkill Rd) and Crossover Blvd in East Pikeland Twp. On the scene were Kimberton Fire and West End Ambulance along with East Pikeland Police. Both drivers told the ambulance crew they did not wish to go to the hospital. Firefighters assisted with traffic control and cleaning up the scene of debris and fluids. Crews cleared the scene in about 30 minutes.
