Tuesday December 19, 2023. This accident response came in while crews were returning to the station from the accident on Route 29. Again, crews from Kimberton Fire & West End Ambulance responded to the accident. And again, after freeing the driver from the vehicle, she refused transport to the hospital. Crews also noted the roadway was icy and needed salted by PennDOT. After the driver was removed from the jeep, the FD put their tools away and moved their units so the salt truck could do its job and the tow truck could remove the vehicle. Crews were on the scene for about 45 minutes.
