Friday December 19, 2025. The day was a very windy day with trees and wires coming down everywhere. It was also a very busy 24 hours for volunteer firefighters at Kimberton. This accident came in around 3:30 PM on Charlestown Road near Tree Lane. Crews arrived to find a portion of a tree that fell, and a limb came thru the car windshield. The passenger was pinned in the car. Firefighters extricated the subject and turned the patient over to West End Ambulance paramedics. Crews remained on the scene clearing the tree from the street and closing down the roadway. Crews cleared the scene within 45 minutes.
