Sunday March 29, 2015. At 3:15 PM crews from Kimberton Fire (61) and West End Ambulance (67) were dispatched to Route 23 and Meadow Lane in East Pikeland for an accident. Within the minute the Engine, Chief and Deputy were on the way, as well as the MICU from West End. Firefighters found 2 cars blocking the travel lanes of Route 23. Both drivers were out of their vehicles, with only one injured. Fire personnel began scene clean up and traffic control while the MICU attended to the injured driver. Units cleared the scene by 4 PM.
