My husband and I had a wonderful experience with the Covered Bridge Room at Kimberton Fire Company for our wedding. Their wedding coordinator did a fabulous job in helping us along the way; she suggested hotels for us to use so that we could have our out-of-state family staying close by, and she was very flexible. Our wedding was in December and we had to change plans 72  hours before the ceremony due to weather and she was excellent as far as communicating back to us about our concerns. The fire company volunteers were extremely helpful and very caring as well.  The Covered Bridge Room is where our ceremony AND reception were held, and the room was large enough to have both things set up simultaneously. We were allowed to decorate how we wanted to and we could bring in our own alcoholic drinks for our guests.  We would certainly recommend having your wedding or party at the Covered Bridge Room at Kimberton Fire Company. -Mr. and Mrs. Dana Kline

Our experience with having our Pastor's retirement party at the Covered Bridge Room was an excellent one.  Karen Dobson, the coordinator, was very accommodating with her time and worked with us with special requests we had. We were able to visit ahead of time to see the room set up for an event which was a big help for our planning committee in visualizing the placement of tables.  We had a choice of using round or rectangular tables for the guests, and extra tables were provided for desserts and gifts.  There was no guesswork - the menu, policies and pricing were very detailed and well documented.  This made our planning job easy and stress free.  The [Auxiliary’s catering] menu gave us plenty of options.  The food was delicious and was very reasonably priced. Our congregation appreciated the ample parking and handicapped accessibility. Working with [them] while planning our fundraising event at the Covered Bridge Room was great.   [They] made the whole experience easy and carefree.  Any questions or issues I had were handled immediately.  The morning of my event, the room was set up as per my floor plan and everything I needed was there.
