Friday May 13, 2022. At 5:15 PM Crews from Kimberton Fire and West End Ambulance were dispatched to Route 113 and Rapps Dam Road for an auto accident. Kimberton firefighters responded with the rescue, Utility, Deputy Chief and Fire Police Captain. Responders found a 3- vehicle rear end collision at the traffic light. The driver of 1 vehicle was transported to Paoli Memorial Hospital with a head injury and the other vehicles had no injuries. After packaging the patient, firefighters worked on cleaning up a spill of paint and debris on the roadway. The crews routed traffic around the accident scene until the tow truck arrived. Volunteers were on the scene at this cash for about half an hour.
