Saturday December 10, 2022. Kimberton firefighters loaded up and hit the streets about 9 AM on Saturday morning. They brought with them candy canes for the kids and the famous fair donuts for parents. About 700 dozen donuts were sold that day. Crews used four (4) fire trucks to cover the district, stopping only for lunch and one late afternoon carbon monoxide alarm. Kimberton volunteers spend the day each year bringing Santa around on top of the fire trucks, while stopping to hand out candy canes to the children. Crews received many letters for Santa this year. We also wish to thank the many homeowners who simply came out to the apparatus to hand deliver donations to our organization. Thank-you so much and we will see you next year.
