Trash truck fire

Thursday August 8, 2024. This call for a trash truck on fire came in around 8 Am on Charlestown Rd at the entrance to the University of Valley Forge. On the scene were Valley Forge & Kimberton Fire Departments. The decision was made to dump the load in an open parking lot at the university. The trash hauler was set to clean up the debris after the FD cleared the scene.
