Route 113 accident sends 5 patients to Trauma center

Friday June 19, 2026. At 5 PM this accident came into Chester County 911 reporting a 2-car accident with several people trapped and three (3) unconscious. Crews from Kimberton Fire, Phoenixville FD, Uwchlan Ambulance (2 units), West End of Phoenixville, Good Fellowship Ambulance and Tower Health of Phoenixville responded to the scene. Several had to be cut out of the cars. Kimberton Crews also closed down Route 113 for three (3) hours for accident reconstruction. Special thanks to all those who assisted at the scene.
